ideal getaway our favorite on the island.--few steps to beach, full ocean view from front patio and front rooms--- nice to sit on patio and be renewed by salt air, seabreeze and peaceful surroundings of Jekyll, which has no red lights. Condo is immaculate, spacious, attractive and fully stocked. Golf and tennis in a few blocks, short distance from Firehouse with paramedics--(faux) ice skating rink in Nov and Dec ,excellent dining --and the JI wild shrimp--sweetest in the world. we can\'t wait to go back.

my wife and i came to Guiding Light seeking solace after a loss, and we found it here.--- So peaceful, so quiet, and private. no noise and very little traffic. It was the perfect place for our retreat, as we breathed in the ocean air, felt the ocean breeze, and watched a beautiful full moon reflected in the ocean. The physical quallities are as attractive as the retreat qualities - spacious, clean, and everything you need for the comforts of home. the king size bed is SO comfortable in the master bedroom -- we opened the windows at night to inhale the ocean air and be soothed by the sound of the surf ,and the little cooling breeze that came in. we were able to relax and have the best sleep in a long time We found healing at Guiding Light and it was just what we needed.

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach, very clean two bedroom condo fully stocked. Our stay was relaxing and close to amenities if we wanted them. Perfect place to disconnect and stay safe during this unsure time.

This is a prime location, with lovely views and easy access to the beach. Easy to find and convenient to both the golf course and shopping. The rooms and furnishings were spacious and very clean and neat. Plenty of room to entertain. I really enjoyed my week\'s stay.

Spacious and clean! Loved the location: directly across from the beach, close to golf and tennis. I’ve stayed at different places in the past, but this is by far my favorite!

Jekyll Island is so beautiful, and this wonderful home is in the heart of it all. From the romantic driftwood beach, to golf and putt-putt, the water park, the sea turtle rescue/museum, to several places to dine, this condo on Jekyll Island is central to everything! Most importantly, the condo has an ocean view from one of the bedrooms and the patio! Only STEPS away from the beach. I brought a hammock and tied it between 2 trees in the yard and read and watched the ocean. It was very relaxing. Or just sit in the patio chairs and tan and enjoy the view! (Don’t lay in grass, I found out about the ants in Georgia the hard way lol). Inside the home is also great. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and large beds with very nice blankets. I couldn’t figure out which one was the master! It is also very nice having a FULL kitchen because although Jekyll island has some great restaurants, having the kitchen was nice to bring our own groceries and cook our own meals. There’s a dining room table perfect for group gatherings to eat meals! There are some board games in the cabinet so once dinner is done clear the table and bring out some of those games! All in all, this home is very spacious, comfortable, and clean and has all the entities you need! Definitely worth the price. Would stay again!
